  3. potatofarmgirl: Derrick Wyatt requested this.  One of the guys at work looks like Topaz, and he drove in one morning in his jeep, his long locks moving in the breeze, listening to the Neverending Story theme.  Plus the Hodag Scooby episode just aired?!  I got to design the Hodag, and he was based on Falcor.   Yes, it all makes sense.

Lady Turquoise, QUEEN OF AWESOME, pulls the knife out and starts running at their enemy.]  Turquoise: How bad is it, Prince Topaz?  Topaz: I… I’ll live…!  Turquoise: Then I will make certain this hellish creature does not!  [She uses the sword to cut the enemy’s hand off.]  Just focus on not bleeding out, Topaz, TURQUOISE HAS GOT THIS.  I just… ALL OF MY LOVE, GIRL. I don’t want to say this comic should have been about her, because I have a soft spot for Amethyst, but she should have at least gotten a spin off or something. Were she rides a dragon or something.  I think Topaz might only be good as a meat shield or cheerleader, kinda like Tuxedo Kamen. I could make a whole list of parallels to Sailor Moon from this comic.
